Lazada made a hilarious mix up whilst a client, Tammy ordered an inflatable 6ft palm tree for an upcoming event. Tammy who's the founding father of The Butterfly venture Malaysia shared her frustration in advance this morning when her parcel from Lazada arrived after weeks lengthy wait.
So this turned into what she had ordered:
it seems that after starting up the bundle, she noticed that the form of the ‘palm tree’ changed into a touch off, however though her team nevertheless tried to ‘blow’ it up.
And surprise… it turned into a huge reindeer hat!
Poor Tammy, she would had been baffled on the sight of it. So, jokes apart…Tammy did contact Lazada to get this hiccup solved but plainly the customer support team isn’t cooperating that nicely. here’s what she had to mention;
“…and preserving my cash ransom until I back the wrong object. critically Lazada, you need to do better than ask a buyer to go back an item that no longer their fault first of all? Am I doing enterprise for you? Why don’t you pay me for my time and tour to return a bloody item for you? If i'm so loose I don’t want to “online buying” ok?!”
Nicely…the subsequent time any of you propose to shop for something from online, please have a back up plan in thoughts just to make sure that after problem comes you have already got a solution for it.
